Important notice for orders from third countries (e.g. Switzerland)
For orders with a goods value exceeding €1000, please contact us before placing your order. For goods valued over €1000, an export declaration is required for shipping at a cost of €45 per package.
We can avoid this by splitting the invoice into amounts below €1000 each.
For these countries, shipping times of up to 7 or more working days should be expected. Unfortunately we cannot provide exact estimates. Shipments to third countries may also be subject to customs duties.

Information for Commercial Customers
Delivery is at the customer's expense and risk. After the parcel has been handed over, we no longer have any influence over the shipping process. For example, address changes are no longer possible at this stage. With the shipping notification you will receive a tracking ID, and if we have your current email address, DHL will also inform you about the shipment status. The recipient must check delivered goods for completeness and correctness. Obvious defects, i.e. damaged goods, should only be accepted from DHL after the damage has been recorded and acknowledged by DHL. The damage report should be sent to us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy for Private Consumers
You may cancel your contract within one month without giving reasons in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email) or - if the item is delivered before this period expires - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (for recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations under § 312c (2) BGB in conjunction with § 1 (1), (2) and (4) BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations under § 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice or return the item in time.

Consequences of Cancellation
In case of effective cancellation, both parties must return received services and any benefits derived (e.g. interest). If you cannot return the received service to us in whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration is solely due to inspection of the goods - as would have been possible in a retail store. You do not have to pay compensation for deterioration resulting from intended use of the item.
Items suitable for parcel shipment must be returned at our risk in their original packaging or adequate packaging (observe carrier guidelines). You must bear return costs if the delivered goods match the ordered goods and either the item price doesn't exceed €40, or for higher-priced items if you haven't yet provided payment or a contractually agreed partial payment at time of cancellation. Otherwise returns are free of charge for you. Items unsuitable for parcel shipment will be collected from you. Refund obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for you when you dispatch your cancellation notice or return the item, and for us upon receipt.
