Special design

Custom-made products in the form of dimensional adjustments of our standard hawker´s tray are possible. The maximum number of 3 separators can also be extended on request.

Individualization is possible by foiling (printed sticker foil 1-4c) of the surfaces. The outer surface of the front of the hawker´s tray as well as the outside and the inner back surface are suitable.

Inquiries by e-mail please be as detailed as possible.

If you do not find what you are looking for in our standard colour palette for the hawker´s tray coating, you can fall back on the product premium paint one or two colours. Select the desired tray with the colour selection premium paint and the desired product one or two colours, stating your RAL Classic number and place it in the shopping cart.

1 Availability of our products

1.1 Will the tray be shipped immediately after purchase or receipt of payment?

Not necessarily. All our models have a specified production time.

Due to the customizability of the hawker´s tray, there are none in stock ready for shipment.

The production time starts after receipt of payment in order to avoid any incorrect orders.

The production time is for an order quantity up to 5 pieces.

You can find the information on the respective product page.

If you order a larger quantity than 5 pieces and need them by a certain date, please ask by phone or e-mail how long the production time is.

1.2 I need the tray on a certain date, is that possible?

Please contact us to confirm the delivery time.

Please understand that that our production time cannot usually be undercut.

Express shipping is possible within Germany.

2 Shipping time

2.1 How long does shipping take?

We currently ship with DHL.

DHL indicates that standard shipping within Germany takes 1-3 business days, within the EU it takes 3-5 business days, and for non-EU countries, it can take up to 14 days. These timeframes are estimates and may change. A maximum shipping duration of 3 working days cannot be guaranteed as it is dependent on DHL's operations.

International shipping times can differ significantly.

2.2 Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping can be arranged with us through an agreement, by phone, or via email. This service is available within Germany.

The customer is responsible for all costs. Unfortunately, express shipping to international destinations is not available.
